Our design team creates the complicated shape moulds whilst keeping a more conventional flat surface on the rear of each of the pieces to  work with more conventional formwork structures. This works to ensure the formwork process remains  simple no matter how complex the pour may become. Eliminating any need for curved cuts on site which saves you an incredible amount of both time and money.

Our ability to provide raw or coated foam also allows for the right product to suite your pour. Our smooth coat allows allows for off-form pours of complicated shapes to be simplified while maintaining an incredibly high quality surface finish. Utilizing our computer cutting technology’s accuracy we can provide a superior and simplified pouring solution.
