Our one piece cnc cut arches and bulkheads are cut accurately to your specified dimensions and mechanically fixed straight in to place, ready for render! This process saves you both time and money and provides a far more accurate arch every time.

Coating

With all these applications we offer the ability to epoxy hard coat any product in either a sand or smooth coat. This allows you the ability to match any form to your desired finish. These products are then completely ready for install and paint. If the area is intended to be rendered the custom shapes are easily installed raw with bead ready for render.

Our Process is as follows

• Email us with a description of the requirements of the job

• Provide us with any plans if required but not necessary

• We then provide drawings of any shape you require

• Our installation team will provide a site measure

• Each form will then be manufactured precisely in house to fit your build

• installation will be organised with you and your builder to fit your schedule

• Or delivered ready for install if supply only is required
